What this portal collects

When you complete a checkout through this portal we receive your name, email address, the package purchased, and the payment amount and status. We use this information to provision your engagement, deliver receipts and access details, and provide billing support.

What we never see

Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes are entered directly with Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages. FutureBridge does not receive, process or store your card details at any time.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. as an independent processor. Stripe's handling of your data is described in Stripe's own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

How long we keep records

Billing records are retained for as long as required for accounting, tax and anti-fraud purposes under applicable law, and are deleted or anonymized after that period.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Billing information is shared only with our payment processor (Stripe), and with authorities where the law requires it.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by emailing billing@futurebridgeconsulting.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
