1. Who we are

This payment portal is operated by FUTUREBRIDGE MARKETING AND CONSULTANCY - FZCO ("FutureBridge", "we", "us"). It processes payments for FutureBridge Consulting advisory packages and related services.

2. Purchases

Advisory packages are one-time engagements, scoped and priced individually. Checkout is initiated from your client portal; the final amount, including any optional add-on services you select, is displayed before you confirm payment. All prices are in USD.

3. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store your card details. Your payment is subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy in addition to these terms.

4. Service delivery

Access to your engagement is provisioned electronically after your payment is confirmed. Confirmation and access details are delivered to the email address associated with your client account, normally within minutes of payment.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate billing information and to use this portal only to pay for services you have legitimately ordered. We may refuse or reverse transactions that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or unauthorized.

6. Refunds and disputes

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Before raising a dispute with your card issuer, please contact billing@futurebridgeconsulting.com — most billing issues are resolved within two business days.

7. Limitation of liability

FutureBridge provides software solutions and consulting services. We do not provide financial services or financial advice, and decisions made on the basis of our services remain the client's own. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
